# 問題：ワークスペースに／ワークスペースからアイテムを移動できない
場合によっては、アイテムをワークスペースに出入りできないことがあります。アイテムを移動しようとすると、アイテムを移動できないことを示すスラッシュ付きの円が表示されます。

### 許可
アイテムの作成、アイテムの移動、ワークスペースからのアイテムの削除を行うには、ワークスペースの所有者であるか、ワークスペースに対する管理者レベルの権限を持っている必要があります。
ワークスペースに移動するアイテムの所有者である必要があります。
アイテムをワークスペースから移動すると、そのアイテムの所有者になります。アイテムを所有するにはライセンスが必要です。したがって、ライセンスを付与されたユーザーのみがアイテムをワークスペースの外に移動できます。
この機能がSmartsheetリージョンまたはSmartsheet Gov に含まれているかどうかを確認してください。
#### この動作の原因
アイテムを移動できない理由としては、次のようなものが考えられます。
* 適切な権限がありません。
* アイテムをホストできないSmartsheetの領域にアイテムを移動しようとしています。たとえば、シートをワークスペースの見出しにドラッグすることはできません。
#### 問題の解決方法
アイテムをワークスペースに、またはワークスペースから正常に移動するには、次の条件を満たしていることを確認してください。
* アイテムの作成、アイテムの移動、ワークスペースからのアイテムの削除を行うには、ワークスペースの所有者であるか、ワークスペースに対する管理者レベルの権限を持っている必要があります。
* ワークスペースに移動するアイテムの所有者である必要があります。
注記\
アイテムをあるワークスペースから別のワークスペースに移動しようとしている場合は、両方のワークスペースで適切な権限が必要です。
