# ユーザー自動プロビジョニング（UAP）を使用してユーザーを自動的に追加する
ユーザーの自動プロビジョニング(UAP) は、 Smartsheetの Enterprise アカウントにユーザーを追加するプロセスを自動化します。

この機能を有効にするには、Enterprise プランのシステム管理者である必要があります。
この機能がSmartsheetリージョンまたはSmartsheet Gov に含まれているかどうかを確認してください。
ユーザー管理画面からユーザーを手動で招待するのではなく、UAP を有効にしてユーザーをアカウントに自動的に追加できます。これにより、組織が所有する電子メール アドレスを持つユーザーが、提供するアクセスに応じてライセンス ユーザーまたはライセンスなしユーザーとしてアカウントに自動的に追加されます。
#### UAPの管理
1. 管理センターにログインします。
2. 右側のサイドバーで、 \[設定] > \[ユーザー自動プロビジョニング] を選択します。
3. ここには、アクティブ化および検証されたドメインのリストが表示されます。ドロップダウン メニューを使用して、UAP をオフにするか、ユーザーを無料ユーザー (ライセンスなし) として追加するか、ユーザーをライセンス ユーザーとして追加することができます。

このプロセスを完了するには、ドメイン ネーム システム (DNS) にレコードを追加する必要があるため、内部の技術リソースに問い合わせる必要がある場合があります。
#### パスワードプロンプト
場合によっては、アカウントでユーザーの自動プロビジョニング(UAP) が有効になっている場合、組織で \[電子メールとパスワード] ログイン オプションが有効になっていない場合でも、新しいユーザーが最初にログインするときにSmartsheetパスワードを作成するよう求められることがあります。
これは、シート共有でユーザー アカウントが作成され、ユーザーがシート共有リンクをたどって UAP プロセスを完了する必要がある場合、またはユーザーが UAP 経由ではなくユーザー管理経由で招待された場合に発生する可能性があります。
ユーザーにパスワードを設定して、アカウントのサインアップ プロセスを完了してもらいます。これで登録プロセスが完了し、通常どおりログインできるようになります。
