Event Reportingを使用して、組織全体で行われた過去 6 か月間のアクションの詳細なログにアクセスします。

Event Reportingを使用するには、システム管理者である必要があります。

この機能がSmartsheetリージョンまたはSmartsheet Gov に含まれているかどうかを確認してください。

Event Reportingからメリットを得る方法の例をいくつか示します。

* 過去 6 か月間のイベント (アイテムの作成と削除、アイテムのダウンロードなど) の監査を取得することで、組織のデータ使用ポリシーを適用し、データ損失を最小限に抑えます。
* 利害関係者間の情報の流れをグラフ化することで、組織の最も重要なプロセス、プログラム、プロジェクトのコラボレーションのレベルをより深く洞察し、データに基づいた意思決定を行います。
