# Smartsheet Control Centerのガイド
Smartsheet Control Centerユーザーを管理するためのアクセス要件とベスト プラクティス。

### 許可
Smartsheet Control Centerにアクセスするには、ライセンスを取得したユーザーである必要があります。
この機能がSmartsheetリージョンまたはSmartsheet Gov に含まれているかどうかを確認してください。
#### SmartsheetControl Centerにログインします。
1. [Control Centerにアクセスするか、 Smartsheetの左下隅にあるランチャーを使用します。](https://controlcenter.smartsheet.com/)
2. \[Smartsheetでログイン] を選択します。 Smartsheetの電子メールとパスワードを入力します。
3. \[許可] を選択して、 Smartsheetアカウントにアクセスするためのアクセス許可をControl Centerに与えます。

#### Control Centerプログラムへのアクセスを許可する
Smartsheet Control Centerへのアクセスを許可するには、次の 2 つの方法があります。

Smartsheetグループを使用すると、ユーザー管理が簡単になります。プログラム リーダーのみがControl Centerへのアクセスを許可できます。

**Control Centerのユーザータイプの制限**
制限は、Control Centerの各ユーザー タイプに適用されます。
* 最大 5 人のプログラム リーダーを含めます。電子メール アドレスを個別に追加します。
* 最大 10 人のプロジェクト作成者を含めます。スロットに個人の電子メール アドレス、 Smartsheetグループ (グループ内の全員がプロジェクト作成者)、または会社のドメイン全体 (ドメイン内の全員がプロジェクト作成者) を入力します。
#### Control CenterでのSmartsheetグループの使用
Smartsheetグループを使用すると、アクセス管理が簡単になります。プログラム リーダーは、グループにユーザーを追加および削除するだけでアクセスを許可できます。
プログラム リーダーは、Control Centerの \[プログラム情報] ウィンドウを使用して、どのSmartsheetグループがプログラムにアクセスできるかを文書化できます。プログラム情報を表示するには、プログラム名の横にある「情報」アイコンをクリックします。
