# ドキュメント自動化ワークフローのトラブルシューティング

**新しいマッピングを作成しました。それはどこにありますか?どうすれば見ることができますか？**
\[ワークフローの作成] 画面から新しいドキュメント マッピングを作成すると、ドキュメント生成画面が新しいタブとして表示されます。新しいマッピングを表示するには、ブラウザに戻り、マッピング セレクターのドロップダウンで \[更新] アイコンを選択します。
**マッピングを作成した人はシートに共有されなくなりました。これでマッピングは実行されなくなります。**
\[ドキュメントの生成] アクションを含むワークフローは、マッピングの作成者がシートとマッピングにアクセスできる限り機能します。マッピングを作成したユーザーがシートから共有解除されている場合、ワークフローは実行されず、自動通知がシートの管理者に送信されます。管理者にアクセス権がない場合、マッピングとワークフローは機能しなくなります。

マッピングが無効になると、そのマッピングを使用する自動ワークフローは実行されなくなります。シート管理者は、ワークフローを修正する必要があるという通知を受け取ります。\
最も一般的なシナリオは、マッピングで使用されている列がシートから削除される場合です。マッピングを開いて削除された列を削除するか、マッピング内の別の列を選択します。次に、ワークフロー マネージャーを開き、そのマッピングを参照するワークフローの横にある \[その他] メニューを選択し、\[アクティブ化] を選択します。
**100 を超える電子署名リクエストを生成する必要があります。**
