# 列の非表示または再表示

シート所有者と、シートへの管理者アクセス権を持つライセンスを付与された共同作業者は、列を非表示にして表示から削除することができますが、その内容はシート内で引き続き利用可能です。

非表示は、最も関連性の高い情報のみを表示するようにシートを書式設定することが目的の場合に便利です。 非表示はセキュリティ機能ではありません。 編集者および閲覧者のアクセス権を持つ共同作業者は、 Smartsheet内の列を再表示することはできませんが、[シートを](https://help.smartsheet.com/customer/portal/articles/770623-exporting-from-smartsheet)Excel にエクスポートするか、 [Excel の添付ファイルとして送信して](https://help.smartsheet.com/customer/en/portal/articles/504773#sendsheet)、そのプログラムから列を再表示することができます。
#### 列を非表示にする
単一の列を非表示にするには、列名の上にマウスを置き、「その他」アイコンをクリックします。 メニューから「列を非表示」を選択します。
複数の列を非表示にするには、\[Ctrl] (Windows) / \[Cmd] (Mac) キーを押したまま、非表示にする各列のヘッダーをシングルクリックします。 次に、「その他」アイコンをクリックし、 「列を非表示」を選択します。
#### 列の再表示
シート所有者と管理者は、ヘッダーの \[その他] アイコンをクリックし、\[すべての列の再表示] を選択することで、すべての列を再表示できます。 列ヘッダーの二重バー (非表示の列を表す) をクリックしてドラッグし、単一の列を再表示します。
