# Resource ManagementにSmartsheet認証を使用する

Smartsheet認証を使用すると、ユーザーはSmartsheet資格情報を使用してResource Managementにサインインできます。

リソースResource ManagementのSmartsheet認証を構成するには、リソース管理のリソース管理管理者、およびSmartsheetのシステムResource Management管理者である必要があります。

この機能がSmartsheetリージョンまたはSmartsheet Gov に含まれているかどうかを確認してください。

* Smartsheet認証を使用するには、まずResource Management統合接続をセットアップします。

#### フェデレーションセッション <a href="#l2l1xbq935w8" id="l2l1xbq935w8"></a>

Resource ManagementのSmartsheet認証を有効にしている場合、フェデレーション セッションがデフォルトで有効になります。 Smartsheetまたはその他のプレミアム アプリにログインすると、ナビゲーション時にフェデレーション セッションが自動的にログインし、Resource Managementログイン ページがバイパスされます。

1. <https://rm.smartsheet.com/si>でResource Managementアカウントにサインインします。
2. 右上隅で、 \[設定] > \[アカウント設定]を選択します。

5. \[保存] を選択して選択を確認します。

#### Resource Managementのためのユーザーの自動プロビジョニング(UAP) <a href="#n9vduucp3e7j" id="n9vduucp3e7j"></a>

Resource Management用に UAP をアクティブ化すると、ユーザーが自動的に組織に追加され、ライセンスが付与されます。招待状を送信する必要はありません。すべてのユーザーはデフォルトで Portfolio Reporter 権限を持ちます。

**Resource Managementに UAP を使用する場合**

自動プロビジョニングは、すべてのユーザーに同じ権限レベルを与え、すべてのユーザーにライセンスを付与する場合に最適に機能します。

リソースを管理している場合、各ユーザーに異なるアクセス許可レベルを割り当てたい場合、または発行するライセンスの数を制限したい場合は、UAP を使用しないでください。代わりに電子メールでユーザーを招待してください。

**Resource ManagementのためのUAPの起動**

1. Resource Managementにログインします。
2. \[アカウント設定] > \[認証] を選択します。
