# アプリ内／前払い銀行振込アカウントをダウングレードする方法

クレジット カード、PayPal、または BTIA を介してアカウントに支払う場合は、アプリで変更を行う責任があります。手順に従ってアカウントをダウングレードしてください。
注記
すべての料金は返金不可であり、ダウングレードも返金の対象にはなりませんのでご注意ください。
重要
別のプラン タイプにダウングレードしたり、ライセンスを削除したり、アドオンやその他の製品を中止したりするには、まずアカウントに関連付けられている追加のユーザーを削除する必要があります。
#### アカウントに関連付けられている追加のユーザーを削除するには、次の手順に従います。
1\. アカウントにログインします。
2\. ログインしたら、「アカウント」アイコンをクリックします。
3\. \[アカウント管理者]に移動し、\[ユーザー管理] を選択して、削除する追加ユーザーのリストを表示します。
4\. 削除したいユーザーのメールアドレスを右クリックし、「削除」をクリックします。
5\. \[OK] をクリックしてユーザーの削除を確認します。
#### アカウントから追加のユーザーを削除したので、ダウングレードに進むことができます。次の手順に従ってください。
1\. アカウントに再度ログインします
2.「アカウント」アイコンをクリックします\
3\. 「ライセンスの追加/アップグレード」を選択します。 (ここで、ライセンス数を減らすか、別の支払いプランを選択できます)
4\. 「プランの変更」フォームが表示されます。希望するプランの放射状のボタンをクリックします。
5\. 次に、「購入」をクリックします。
#### その他知っておくべきこと
* ユーザー契約に従って、ダウングレード リクエストは現在の期間が更新される少なくとも 30 日前に行う必要があります。
* キャンセルされたアカウントについては、日割り返金は提供されません。キャンセル条件の詳細については、 Smartsheetユーザー契約を参照してください。
