# セル値のクリアアクションを操作する
ワークフローがトリガーされたときに、選択したフィールドの内容を削除するには、「セル値をクリア」アクションを使用します。

ワークフローを作成するには、シートに対する 所有者 、管理者、または編集者レベルの権限を持つ、ライセンスを取得したSmartsheetユーザーである必要があります。編集者レベルの権限を持つユーザーは、自分自身を受信者としてアラートまたはリマインダーを作成、編集、または削除することのみできます。ワークフローの権限について学習します。
シートの所有者と管理者は、セルの変更アクションを追加できます。
この機能がSmartsheetリージョンまたはSmartsheet Gov に含まれているかどうかを確認してください。
セル値をクリアするワークフローを作成するには:
1. \[自動化] > \[テンプレートからワークフローを作成...] に移動します。
2. \[シートの変更] セクションで、 \[指定された基準が満たされた場合にセルの値をクリアする] > \[テンプレートを使用] を選択します。
3. ワークフローの名前を入力します。
4. ワークフローをトリガーするものを構成します。
5. クリアしたいセルが存在する列を選択します。
6. 「保存」を選択します。
\[セル値をクリア] ワークフローのターゲット フィールドが削除された場合、ワークフローは無効になり、シート管理者は電子メール通知を受け取ります。
**\[セル値をクリア] アクションを使用する場合に知っておくべきこと**
* セル履歴とアクティビティ ログでは、変更はSmartsheet 自動化に起因すると考えられます。
* セル値のクリアは終了アクションです。ワークフローの「セル値をクリア」アクションの後に条件やアクションを追加することはできません。
* 数式や自動番号付け/システム生成の列はクリアできません。
* 無限承認ループを防ぐため、クロスシート数式またはセル リンクを含むセルは、シートを自動的に変更するオートメーション (行の移動、行のコピー、行の行、行解除、承認要求、日付の記録、人の割り当て、セルの変更) をトリガーしません。セルのクリア、ドキュメントの生成）。これを回避するには、時間ベースの自動化または繰り返しワークフローの使用を検討してください。
