# Smartsheet SAMLエラー：IdPメタデータ

#### エラー症状
エラーには、「指定した IdP メタデータ URL は、信頼できない SSL 証明書を持つサーバーを指しているため、使用できません。代わりに、実際のメタデータをコピーしてフィールドに貼り付けてください」と表示されます。
#### 原因
考えられる原因:
* サポートされていないアイデンティティ プロバイダー (IdP)
* SSL証明書の有効期限が切れました
#### 解決
* サポートされている IdP プロバイダーを使用していることを確認してください。 SAML 2.0 を使用するすべての IdP がサポートされます。
* 証明書を確認してください。方法については、[「SAML アサーションの問題を特定する」](https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2482694-identify-saml-assertion-issues)を参照してください。
* IdP 管理者と協力して、証明書が正しく構成され、最新であることを確認してください。必要に応じて、新しいメタデータをSmartsheetにアップロードします。
