# 他人の個人プロファイルの詳細を制御する

他の人のプロファイルの詳細を管理するには、システム管理者である必要があります。

この機能がSmartsheetリージョンまたはSmartsheet Gov に含まれているかどうかを確認してください。

システム管理者の場合は、組織内のユーザーに表示されるプロファイルの詳細レベルと、組織外のユーザーに表示されるプロファイルの詳細レベルを制御できます。

1. 左側のナビゲーション バーの下部で、 \[アカウント] > \[アカウント管理者]をクリックします。
2. \[アカウント管理] フォームの左側のメニューで、 \[アカウント設定]をクリックします。
3. 「プロファイルの可視性」の横にある「編集」をクリックして、「プロファイルの可視性」フォームを表示します。
4. \[内部: 組織] および \[外部: 組織] ボックスで、\[写真を表示] チェック ボックスと \[詳細を表示] チェック ボックスをオンまたはオフにします。

他の人が個人プロフィール カードを参照すると、あなたが許可した詳細レベル (写真、詳細、またはその両方) のみが表示されます。

ユーザーのプロフィールの詳細を編集するには:

1. 左側のナビゲーション バーの下部で、 \[アカウント] > \[アカウント管理者]をクリックします。
2. 「アカウント管理」フォームの左側のメニューで、「アカウント設定」をクリックします。
3. \[ユーザー管理] フォームで、プロファイルを編集するユーザーの名前をダブルクリックし、\[プロファイルの編集] をクリックしてそのユーザーのプロファイル情報を編集します。
