# Brandfolder統合を使用してプルーフファイルを公開する

Brandfolder の統合を使用すると、校正 ファイルを特定のBrandfolderコレクションに公開し、校正 の行から関連するメタデータを含めて、完成した 校正 をBrandfolderにコピーできます。

シートの所有者、管理者、および編集者は、 Brandfolder統合による校正を使用できます。

この統合を使用するには、 Brandfolderプランが必要です。 Brandfolderについて詳しくは、こちらをご覧ください。

この機能がSmartsheetリージョンまたはSmartsheet Gov に含まれているかどうかを確認してください。

校正 ファイルをBrandfolderにエクスポートするには:

1. プルーフビューの右上にあるエクスポートアイコンを選択します。
2. \[Brandfolderに送信] を選択します。
3. Brandfolderにコピーされるアセットに含めるデータを行から選択します。\
   新しいBrandfolderアセットに関連付けられたメタデータとしてプルーフの詳細を含めることができます。複数選択のドロップダウン列からデータをBrandfolderのタグとして追加することもできます。
4. 校正 ファイルに含めるデータをSmartsheetから入力し終えたら、 \[送信] を選択します。
5. Brandfolderモーダルが開き、アカウントへのサインインを求められます。
6. Brandfolderで認証すると、ファイルを送信する組織、 Brandfolder、およびセクションを選択し、\[ファイルを受け入れる] を選択できます。
7. その後、モーダルを閉じてSmartsheetに戻るか、ファイルを送信したBrandfolder内の場所にアクセスできます。

以下の点に留意してください。

* コンテンツをSmartsheetからBrandfolderに移動することのみが可能です。 SmartsheetとBrandfolderの間ではコンテンツの同期はありません。
* Brandfolder の統合は、外部校正ページでは利用できません。
* 現在、 Brandfolder は米国地域でのみホストされています。
