# 数式内のシート間参照を表示、変更、または削除する

数式内で直接参照を変更することも、参照マネージャーを使用することもできます。

### 必要な権限 <a href="#id-30j0zll" id="id-30j0zll"></a>

参照を編集するには、シートに対する共有権限を持つ所有者、管理者、または編集者が必要です。また、参照するデータを含むシートに対して、閲覧者レベル以上の共有権限が必要です。

この機能が[Smartsheet Regionals](https://help.smartsheet.com/regions-capability-differences)または[Smartsheet Gov](https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2480681)に含まれているかどうかを確認してください。

#### 数式を編集する <a href="#id-1fob9te" id="id-1fob9te"></a>

シート参照マネージャーを開かなくても、数式内で参照を直接編集できます。

1. 数式が含まれるセルを選択します。数式の概要がセルに表示されます。
2. 編集する参照の名前をクリックします。
3. 「参照の編集」へのリンクが表示されます。これにより、別のシートを参照するダイアログが開き、参照名を変更したり、新しいシートまたはセル範囲を選択したりできます。

参照を編集すると、シート内の全インスタンスがリアルタイムで更新されます。シート内の数式の構造を維持したいが、範囲を変更したい場合は、現在の参照からテキストを削除し、新しい参照を作成することをお勧めします。<br>

#### 参照マネージャーで編集する <a href="#id-3znysh7" id="id-3znysh7"></a>

シート参照マネージャーでは、シート内の全てのシート間参照とセルリンク参照を表示および変更できます。これを開くには、シート内の任意のセルを右クリックし、「参照を管理」を選択します。
