# 自動書式設定と数式のオートフィル
自動書式設定と数式のオートフィルは、シートにコンテンツを追加するときに書式設定または数式のパターンを保持する機能です。

Enterキーまたは Returnキーを押すとすぐに、新しい空白の行またはセルを入力した後の動作が分かります。フォームから送信された行でも発生します。この動作は、列が非表示またはロックされている場合でも継続します。 全シートにこの機能が自動的に組み込まれています。
数式の自動書式設定またはオートフィルは、シートに特定の条件が存在する場合に適用されますが、これらの変更が発生したときに上書きできます。
**自動書式設定が行われる条件**
新しく挿入された行または空の行を次のように入力すると、自動書式設定が行われます。
* 同じ書式設定が適用されている他の２つの行の間で直接入力する場合。
* 同じ書式設定が適用されている他の２つの行の上で、シートの最上行に入力する場合。（これには、フォームから挿入された行も含まれます。）
* 同じ書式設定が適用されている２つの行の下で、シートの最下行に入力する場合。（これには、フォームから挿入された行も含まれます。）
* 空白行の間にあり、書式設定されている１つの行の上または下に入力する場合。
例：
**数式のオートフィルをトリガーする条件**
新しく挿入された行または空の行を入力すると、数式が自動的に入力されます。
* 隣接するセルに同じ数式が含まれる他の２つのセルの間で直接する場合。
* 隣接するセルに同じ数式が含まれる２つの行の上にある、シートの一番上に入力する場合。（これには、フォームから挿入された行も含まれます。）
* 隣接するセルに同じ数式が含まれる２つの行の下にある、シートの一番下に入力する場合。（これには、フォームから挿入された行が含まれます。）
* 空白行の間にあり、数式が含まれる１つの行の上または下に入力する場合。
例：\

フォームの送信内容は常に完全にインデントが解除されます。シートの最後の行が階層的にインデントされている場合、シートの下部に挿入されたフォーム送信内容では、前の行の数式やインデントがオートフィルされません。
列全体を参照する数式を作成すると、フォーム送信によってシートに新しく追加された行が数式に含まれます。（フォームの詳細については、[こちら](https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/522221)をご覧ください。）
例えば、次のCOUNTIF 式\
\=COUNTIF(\[In Stock?]:\[In Stock?], 1)\
\[In Stock?]チェックボックス タイプの列にある全てのチェック済みセルをカウントし、 新しい行がフォームから列に追加されると、その内容で更新されます。

複数の行を一度に貼り付ける場合、コンテンツをオートフィルするには、先頭の行を新しい行に貼り付ける必要があります。
