# 新規として保存してシートをコピーする
「新規として保存」を使用してシートをコピーすると、元のシートの列と条件付き書式ルールが常に新しいコピーに保存されます。

### 必要な権限
シートにアクセスできるライセンスを持つユーザーは、シートを新規としてコピーできます。
この機能が[Smartsheetリージョン](https://help.smartsheet.com/regions-capability-differences)または[Smartsheet Gov](https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2480681-gov-capabilities)に含まれているかどうかを確認してください。
#### シートのコピーを作成する
1. \[ファイル] > \[新規保存] を選択して、\[新規保存] ウィンドウを表示します。
2. 新しいシートの名前を入力します。
3. \[次の場所に保存] で、コピーしたシートを保存するフォルダーまたはワークスペースを選択します。
4. 選択すると、\[共有オプション] および \[データと書式設定のオプション] のオプションが表示され、シートのコピーと一緒に保存する項目を選択します。
5. 「保存」を選択します。
#### オプションとして保存
* 共有機：設定したシート共有を保持します。
* 自動化されたワークフローとアラートのオプション： 関連付けられたオートメーションルールをシートの保存されたコピーに保持します。
* ワークフロー受信者とオートメーション権限設定：ルールの権限設定を保持します。
* 新しいシートのルールに有効な受信者がない場合（つまり、権限設定またはアカウントの承認済みドメイン共有リストに基づいて誰も通知を受信できない場合）、シート所有者はこのメッセージを電子メールで受け取ります。： シート上のオートメーションルールが無効になりました。現在、このシートの権限設定により、受信者は通知を受け取ることができません。
* シートのルール権限設定を変更するには：
* メニュー バーで\[自動化] > \[ワークフローの管理...] をクリックします。
* \[自動化]ウィンドウで、右上の \[設定] アイコンをクリックして権限レベルを変更します。
* シートのデータと書式設定：セルに入力された情報と、セルに手動で適用された書式設定が含まれます。チェックを外した場合、コピーされたシートには列名と型が保持されますが、全行が空白になります。
* コメント：全行およびシートレベルのコメントが含まれます。
* 添付ファイル/リンク：全行およびシートレベルの添付ファイルが含まれます。
* セルリンクおよびシート間参照：受信セルリンクのみを保持します。チェックを外した場合、シートのコピーはセルデータを保持しますが、リンクは作成されません。
* シートのハイパーリンク：他のシートへのハイパーリンクを維持します。これをチェックしない場合、シートのコピーにはセルのデータが保持されますが、ハイパーリンクは付きません。
* 共有シートフィルター：シートフィルターが含まれます。
* フォーム：シートに追加したフォームが含まれます。
