# Smartsheetトライアルプランにアクセスする
トライアル版を使用して作品を作成および共有し、完全なライセンスユーザーになるための主張を行います。

あなたの会社のプランに加入しているライセンスのないユーザーの場合、Smartsheetの全機能へのアクセスは制限されています。システム管理者にライセンスをリクエストし、待っている間、Smartsheetが提供する機能をさらに利用できる30日間の試用プランを試してみることができます。試用期間が終了したら、システム管理者に問い合わせて、リクエストのステータスを確認してください。

ライセンスのない一部のユーザーは、試用期間が終了するとプランを購入できます。プランを購入できるかどうかは、組織がユーザーをどのように管理しているかによって異なります。[UAP](https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2072731-user-auto-provisioning-enterprise-only)、[EPM](https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2482433-Enterprise-plan-manager-overview)、[SSO/SAML](https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2476661-saml-sso-overview-enterprise)、または[DIを](https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2479786-manage-smartsheet-users-through-azure-active-directory)使用しないプランを使用している場合は、トライアルの有効期限が切れたときにプランを購入できます。
#### トライアル版を入手
Smartsheetの幅広い機能を試したいが、ライセンスを持っていない場合は、試用版を使用してより多くの機能にアクセスできます。試用版にアクセスするには、\[アップグレード]ボタンを選択し、ライセンスをリクエストして、画面の指示に従います。
重要
試用プランによって、既に契約しているプランから削除されることはありません。また、既に作業しているSmartsheetアイテムへのアクセス権限が変更されることもありません。新しいトライアルで作成するアイテムには、トライアルプランの制限が適用されます。
**トライアルについて知っておくべきこと**

* 現在のファイルへのアクセスは変更されません。
* システム管理者は、試用期間の有効期限が切れた後に作成したアイテムの所有権を譲渡できます。
* トライアルの有効期限が切れた場合でも、ライセンスを再度リクエストすることはできますが、新しいトライアルを取得できるようになるまで90日間待つ必要があります。
**トライアル期間が終了するとプランを購入できなくなるのはなぜですか?**
UAP、EPM、SSO/SAML、ディレクトリー統合を含むプランをご利用の場合、同じアカウントのeメールでプランを購入することはできません。プランがどのように管理されているかについては、システム管理者に問い合わせてください。
**試用期間が終了したことはどうすれば分かりますか？**
Smartsheetが通知します。どの資産を保持したいかを決定する機会が与えられます。システム管理者は、試用中に作成した他のアイテムの所有権を取得できます。
