# プロジェクト内の重要なイベントをマークするマイルストーンを作成する
マイルストーンは、プロジェクトの重要な変化または段階を示すアクションまたはイベントです。マイルストーンには、終了日と開始日が同じ日付に設定されています。

シートの所有者と管理者は、シートの プロジェクト設定を変更できます。
この機能がSmartsheetリージョンまたはSmartsheet Gov に含まれているかどうかを確認してください。
マイルストーンは、ガント チャート内で指定された開始時刻を中心とした灰色のひし形の画像で表されます。
マイルストーンを作成するには:
1. ビューを変更するか、シートにガント チャートを追加するには、 \[グリッドビュー] > \[ガントビュー]をクリックします。
2. シートの依存関係を有効にします (ガント チャートの右上隅にある \[プロジェクト設定の編集] をクリックし、\[依存関係を有効にする] チェックボックスをオンにします)。
3. マイルストーンを作成するには、タスク期間にゼロを入力し、開始日を入力します。
延長されたマイルストーンを作成するには、タスク期間に \~0 を入力し、開始日を入力します。延長されたマイルストーンを完了するには丸 1 営業日が必要ですが、ガント チャートではそのひし形の形状を確認できます。

親ロールアップ機能はマイルストーンと互換性がありません。期間がゼロ (0) のマイルストーンを持つサブタスクを含むタスクでは、ロールアップを % 完了することはできません。
