# DocuSign署名リクエストのステータスを追跡する
DocuSign テンプレートを使用して生成したドキュメントのシート内のステータスをリアルタイムで追跡します。

所有者と管理者は、Docusign アカウントにログインした後、そのシート上で DocuSign マッピングを作成および編集できます。編集者は署名のために文書を送信できます。
この機能がSmartsheetリージョンまたはSmartsheet Gov に含まれているかどうかを確認してください。
初期マッピング プロセス中に、追跡を有効にするかどうかを決定できます。後で追跡を有効にすることもできます。
1. 保存したマッピングの横にある編集アイコンを選択します。
2. \[設定]を選択して、マッピング ウィザードを再度開きます。
3. ウィザードの「追跡列の追加」ステップに移動します。
4. ステータス追跡の切り替えボタンをオンにして、新しい列の名前を入力します。
追跡を有効にすると、ステータス列がシートに自動的に追加されます。 DocuSign で文書のステータスが変更されると、その変更は追跡列の関連する行に即座に反映されます。
Smartsheetのステータス セルにあるリンクをクリックすると、DocuSign にリダイレクトされ、その特定のドキュメントの詳細なステータス情報が表示されます。
さまざまなステータス オプションを理解するには、以下の表を参照してください。

| **完了** | すべての受信者がドキュメントに署名し、署名ワークフローが完了しました。 |
注記\
追跡を有効にしてマッピングを保存すると、ウィザードで追跡を無効にすることはできません。ただし、シートに対する管理者または所有者の権限がある場合は、追跡列を削除できます。
