# アカウントのライセンス要求を許可または拒否する

Smartsheetの 1 つのウィンドウから複数のユーザーにライセンスを迅速に管理し、ユーザーにシート、レポート、ダッシュボードを作成できるようにします。

### 許可 <a href="#cnri8f9scw7l" id="cnri8f9scw7l"></a>

システム管理者は、ライセンスが利用可能な限り、保留中のライセンス要求を許可または拒否できます。

この機能がSmartsheetリージョンまたはSmartsheet Gov に含まれているかどうかを確認してください。

#### ライセンス要求を許可または拒否する <a href="#m6tvshlj3r9n" id="m6tvshlj3r9n"></a>

**Smartsheetから:**

1. Smartsheetウィンドウの左下隅にあるプロフィール アイコンを選択します。
2. \[アカウント管理者] > \[ライセンス リクエスト管理] を選択します。\
   保留中のライセンスの電子メール アドレスと要求日を確認できます。

   注: ここに電子メール アドレスが表示されない場合は、現在保留中のライセンス リクエストはありません。

3. アカウント内でライセンスを付与したい人に対して、各保留中のリクエストの右側にある \[ライセンスの付与] を選択します。 (要求者にライセンスを与えたくない場合は、\[拒否] を選択します。) 要求が拒否されるか受け入れられると、要求者は確認メールを受け取ります。<br>

アカウントに利用可能なライセンスが十分にない場合は、\[ライセンスの付与] を選択すると追加購入するよう求められます。ライセンス リクエスト管理で利用可能なライセンスがあると表示されたときにこのメッセージが表示された場合は、ユーザー管理を確認して、招待をまだ承諾しておらず、保留中としてリストされているライセンスを取得したユーザーがいないか確認してください。

それでおしまい！保留中のライセンス要求を正常に実行し、アカウント内のユーザーにシート、レポート、ダッシュボードを作成および所有する権限を付与しました。

#### 追加の管理タスク <a href="#id-3grhgw4ppcnu" id="id-3grhgw4ppcnu"></a>

アカウントにユーザーを追加したり、ユーザーの権限を変更したりする必要がある場合は、\[ユーザー管理] ウィンドウで行うことができます。
