# アカウントに使用するメールアドレスを変更する

Smartsheet はアカウントに 1 つのプライマリ メール アドレスを使用しますが、必要に応じてセカンダリ アドレスを追加できます。

### 許可 <a href="#qo0l5irsna2b" id="qo0l5irsna2b"></a>

ライセンスを取得したユーザーは、自分のアカウントに電子メール アドレスを追加できます。

この機能がSmartsheetリージョンまたはSmartsheet Gov に含まれているかどうかを確認してください。

プライマリ電子メール アドレスは次の目的で使用されます。

* ログイン時に本人確認を行う
* 通知とリマインダーを送信する
* Resource Managementでアクティビティを追跡する

追加の電子メール アドレスをアカウントに関連付けることができます。これらの追加アドレスで共有されたシートは、アカウントから利用できるようになります。

重要\
Smartsheetアカウントで電子メール アドレスを使用すると、そのアドレスは他のSmartsheetアカウントでは使用できなくなります。

#### アカウントに関連付けられた電子メール アドレスを管理する <a href="#id-1jqu9imeb2m7" id="id-1jqu9imeb2m7"></a>

1. \[アカウント] > \[個人用の設定]> \[電子メール アドレスの管理] を選択します。
2. アカウントに関連付ける電子メール アドレスを入力します。
3. 「メールアドレスを追加」を選択します。

「電子メールの受信箱を確認してください…」というメッセージが表示され、追加した電子メール アドレスに確認リクエストが送信されます。

**電子メール アドレスの追加を完了するには:**

1. 新しく追加したアカウントのメールを開きます。
2. Smartsheetアカウント変更リクエスト メッセージを見つけます。
3. 電子メールで、「電子メールの確認」リンクを選択します。

別のSmartsheetアカウント (キャンセルされたアカウントまたは閉鎖されたアカウントを含む) で既に使用されているメール アドレスを追加しようとすると、エラーが表示されます。場合によっては、電子メール アドレスを解放できることがあります。

#### メインのメールアドレスを変更する <a href="#sb0bxxgslon4" id="sb0bxxgslon4"></a>

1. \[アカウント] > \[個人用の設定]> \[電子メール アドレスの管理] を選択します。
2. 「電子メールアドレスの管理」をクリックします。
3. プライマリにするアドレスの横にある \[プライマリにする] を選択します。

注記\
新しいメール アドレスで Google 認証を使用する場合は、アカウントにログインする前にパスワードをリセットする必要があります。
