# Smartsheetプランとユーザータイプを特定する

プランとユーザー タイプを知ると、 Smartsheetで何ができるかを理解するのに役立ちます。

プラン タイプと含まれる機能の詳細については、 「Smartsheetプラン」ページを参照してください。

Smartsheetで何ができるかは、以下によって決まります。

* プランとユーザーのタイプ
* Smartsheetライセンスを持っているかどうか
* 作業しているアイテムに対する権限

#### プランに関する情報を取得する <a href="#jjn7tmkf1n0v" id="jjn7tmkf1n0v"></a>

1. 左下隅で、\[アカウント] > \[プラン情報] を選択します。
2. \[アカウント管理]ダイアログで、\[プラン]セクションを確認します。

システム管理者の連絡先は、「主な連絡先」セクションにリストされています。

#### 無料プランについて知っておくべきこと <a href="#fbuup680imfe" id="fbuup680imfe"></a>

プラン タイプが \[無料] として表示されている場合は、 Smartsheetライセンスを持っていません。<br>

注記\
無料プラン タイプの場合、シートを作成または所有するにはライセンスが必要であるため、\[所有するシート] セクションの値は常に 0 になります。

次の場合は、無料プランを利用している可能性があります。

* 誰かがシートまたは他のSmartsheetアイテムをあなたに共有しましたが、あなたは他のSmartsheetプランのライセンスを持っていません
* システム管理者はあなたをビジネス プランまたはエンタープライズ プランに招待しましたが、そのプランのライセンスを付与しませんでした
* [有料プランから無料プランに切り替えました](https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/506604)
* 30 日間の無料トライアルを開始しましたが、そのトライアルの有効期限が切れました

#### お試しプランについて知っておくべきこと <a href="#u8znmnup6rkr" id="u8znmnup6rkr"></a>

Smartsheetの試用版を使用している場合:

* プランの種類は「トライアル」として表示されます
* 「アカウント管理」ダイアログの上部に「アップグレード オプション」ボタンが表示されます。
* ライセンスを取得したユーザーは、試用期間全体にわたってすべてのオプションを利用できます

#### ライセンスとシステム管理者 <a href="#xlhke93mvjno" id="xlhke93mvjno"></a>

すべてのアカウントには少なくとも 1 人の SysAdmin が必要ですが、SysAdmin にはライセンスが付与されていない場合があります。可能であれば、アカウントには少なくとも 2 人のシステム管理者が必要です。

**プランのライセンスを持っている人を確認する**

1. ナビゲーション バーの左下の領域で、\[アカウント] > \[ユーザー管理] を選択します。
2. 「ライセンスを取得したユーザー」タイルで「ライセンスを取得したユーザーの管理」を選択します。

**自分がシステム管理者であるかどうかを確認する**

アカウントのシステム管理者である場合、\[プランと請求情報] を選択する (または [\[アカウント管理\] ](https://app.smartsheet.com/b/home?lx=Wrh7X6iF3aIzpU3WZfxNdg)リンクにアクセスする) と、次へのアクセスを含む追加機能が利用できます。
