# Smartsheetへのサインインとサインアウト

Smartsheetにサインインするには、いくつかの方法があります。Smartsheet に直接サインインするか、SSO（シングル サインオン）を使うか、サードパーティーの認証サービスを利用する方法があります。
**Smartsheetに直接サインインする**
[https://app.smartsheet.com](https://app.smartsheet.com/)というURLでSmartsheetに移動します。
注記
「このアカウントを記憶する」にチェックを入れると情報をキャッシュに保存できます。
**会社アカウントでサインインする（Enterpriseプランのみ）**
あなたの組織がこの機能を有効にしている場合は、[https://app.smartsheet.comの \[あなたの会社のアカウント\]の ボタンからSmartsheetにアクセスできます](https://app.smartsheet.com/)。サインイン資格情報の入力が求められる場合があります。 認証後、Smartsheet にアクセスできるようになります。
**リージョンを変更するには：**
1. サインインウィンドウの下部にある \[Smartsheet リージョン] の横にある下矢印を選択します。
2. ドロップダウンから、使用するリージョンを選択します。特定のリージョンにアクセスできない場合、資格情報は機能しません。
#### Google（GmailまたはGoogle Apps）またはMicrosoft（Office 365 for Business）でサインインする
Smartsheetでビジネス用メールアドレスとしてGmail、Google Apps、またはOffice 365を使っている場合は、 GoogleまたはMicrosoftを選択します。
GoogleまたはMicrosoft Office 365にまだサインインしていない場合は、アカウント情報を入力し、資格情報を使用する権限をSmartsheetに付与します。
**知っておくべきこと**
* この方法で初めてサインインするときは、eメールを検証する必要があります。受信箱で手順を確認してください。
* Smartsheetは、GoogleまたはMicrosoft Office 365の資格情報を受信または保存しません。
* Azure AD職場アカウントでは、Smartsheet のプライマリメールアドレスとしてSMTPメールアドレスを使う必要があります。
