# Smartsheet Control Centerについて
Smartsheet Control Centerでプログラムやプロジェクトの作業を始めると、手順を見つけるのに助けが必要になる場合があります。

### 許可
Smartsheet Control Centerにアクセスするには、ライセンスを取得したユーザーである必要があります。
この機能がSmartsheetリージョンまたはSmartsheet Gov に含まれているかどうかを確認してください。
次の表を使用して、 Smartsheet Control Center の操作方法を学習してください。

#### Control Centerの用語
**プログラム**
Control Centerはプログラムで構成されています。プログラムは、一緒に管理されるプロジェクトの集合を表します。たとえば、IT 部門には 1 つのプログラムがあり、施設には別のプログラムがある場合があります。 2 つの部門には異なる目標、異なるリーダーシップ、異なる標準化されたプロセス、および異なるユーザー (重複する部分はありますが) があるため、それぞれに独自のプログラムが必要です。
ユーザーは 1 つ以上のプログラムにアクセスし、それらを簡単に切り替えることができます。

Advance プランのライセンスを取得したユーザーは、Control Centerで無制限のプログラムとブループリントにアクセスできます。
各プログラムには次のような異なる特性があります。
* プログラム内のすべてを管理できる 1 つのリード グループ
* カスタムのタイトル、説明、ロゴ、色
* プロジェクトを作成するためのそのプログラムに固有の一連のブループリント
* プログラムにアクセスでき、ブループリントのいずれかを使用してプロジェクトを作成できるユーザー

Control Centerで 1 つのプログラムを使用しているときは、他のプログラムを表示したりアクセスしたりすることはできません。別のプログラムのプロパティを表示するには、まずそのプログラムに切り替える必要があります。
