# フィルターの基本
フィルターを使用して、シート内の情報を表示または非表示にします。

### 必要な権限
フィルターに名前を付けて保存するには、シート編集者以上の権限が必要です。
フィルターを共有するには、シートの所有者または管理者である必要があります
この機能が[Smartsheet Regionals](https://help.smartsheet.com/regions-capability-differences)または[Smartsheet Gov](https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2480681)に含まれているかどうかを確認してください。
フィルターはシート内の情報を表示または非表示にします。例えば、特定の日に期限が切れている全タスク、現在自分に割り当てられている全タスク、またはワークフローの特定のステージにある全アイテムを表示する[フィルターを作成](https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/504659-using-filters-to-show-or-hide-sheet-data)します。\[フィルター]メニューからシートにフィルターを適用できます。

#### 名前なしフィルターと名前付きフィルター
フィルターには、名前なしフィルターと名前付きフィルターの２種類があります。使用するフィルターは、シート内の共有権限とフィルターの目標によって異なります。
* 名前なしフィルター：名前なしフィルターは、シートに適用したフィルター条件を追跡します。このフィルターを再利用したり更新したりすることができますが、一度に使用できる名前なしフィルターは１つだけです。シートにアクセスできる人は誰でも、このフィルタータイプを使用できます。
* 名前付きフィルター：複数の名前付きフィルターを作成できます。シート管理者と所有者は名前付きフィルターを他のユーザーと共有できるため、シートにアクセスできる人は誰でもそれらを使えます。シートに対する編集者以上の権限を持つユーザーは、フィルターに名前を付けて保存し、後で使うことができます。
#### シートに適用されたフィルター
フィルターはシート内の全てのビューに影響を与えます。グリッドビューでフィルターを使用して非表示にした行は、[カードビュー、カレンダービュー](https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/765715)、および[ガントビューでも非表示になります](https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/765715)。
