# コメントを使って的を絞った会話をする

会話機能は、シート、シート内の特定の行、またはワークスペースにコメントを残すために使用できる機能です。
**コメントを追加またはアクセスできる場所**
\[会話機能]パネルでは、すべてのシートまたはレポートのコメントにアクセスできます。ただし、ワークスペースのコメントは「コメント」ダイアログにあります。
**コメントを操作するために必要な権限と共有レベル**
シートにアクセスできる限り、コメントを表示または印刷できます。
ただし、他のアクションには追加の権限レベルが必要になります。
* コメントを作成または返信する: シートに対する Owner 、 管理者、 編集者、またはコメント者 のアクセス権が必要です。
* コメントの編集または削除: 作成したコメントは削除できますが、コメントまたはコメント スレッドを削除できるのはシートの所有者と管理者だけです。
#### シート、レポート、またはワークスペースのコメントにアクセスする
シートまたはレポート内のコメントに簡単にアクセスするには、 \[会話機能]を選択します。ただし、会話パネルに移動する方法は他にもあります。
シートまたはレポートのシートレベルまたは行レベルのコメントにアクセスするには:
* グリッド ビュー: 左端の列で、\[コメントの追加] を選択します。
* カード ビュー: カードを右クリックし、\[コメント] を選択します。そのカードにすでにコメントがある場合は、カードの下部にクリック可能なコメント アイコンが表示されます。

レポートの\[会話機能]パネルに移動する方法は、シート内のコメントにアクセスする方法と似ています。ただし、シートとは異なり、行レベルのコメントのみが表示されます。 \[すべて]、 \[シート]、および \[未読] タブは表示されません。

* \[コメントを追加する] を選択するか、コメントの概要リストを表示します。
ここにはワークスペースに関するコメントのみが表示されます。ワークスペース内の特定のシートのコメントを表示するには、そのシートを開く必要があります。

#### コメントの表示方法
\[コメント] ダイアログまたは\[会話機能]ウィンドウでは、コメントが作成日または返信された日に基づいて時系列で表示されます。
* 最新のコメントは、会話機能ペインまたはコメント フォームの下部に表示されます。
* コメントに返信すると、コメントとその返信 (スレッド) がペインまたはフォームの上部に表示されます。
* スレッド内の返信は、最も古い返信から最新の返信まで表示されます。つまり、最新の返信がスレッドの最後に表示されます。
* 新しいコメントがある行には、新しいコメントの通知が表示されます。
* 次の方法で、 \[会話機能]ウィンドウにコメントを表示できます。
* 行: 単一行のコメント
* シート: シートレベルのコメント
* すべて: 行レベルおよびシートレベルのコメント
* 未読: まだ読んでいないコメント
