# 個人プロフィールを管理する
個人プロフィールを使用すると、 Smartsheetで共同作業するときに、他の人があなたを簡単に識別できるようになります。

#### 個人プロフィールを編集する

個人プロフィールは Web アプリでのみ変更できます。 Smartsheetモバイル アプリ (Android または iOS) を使用している場合は、デスクトップ ブラウザーでSmartsheetにサインインします。
名前とメールアドレスの他に、プロフィール写真、役職、部門、会社名、勤務先と携帯電話の番号を追加または編集できます。
**個人プロフィールの詳細を追加または更新するには**
1. 左側のナビゲーション バーで、\[アカウント] を選択します。
2. \[個人用の設定]を選択します。
3. \[個人用の設定]ダイアログで、\[プロファイル]を選択します。
4. プロフィールに必要な変更を加えます。
5. 「保存」を選択します。
#### 他の人があなたの個人プロフィール情報をどのように見るかを制御します
ビジネス プランまたはエンタープライズ プランの加入者は、プロフィール情報のプライバシーを設定できます。組織内外のユーザーがあなたの写真、プロフィール情報、またはその両方を閲覧できるようにするかどうかを制御できます。
**プロフィールの公開範囲をカスタマイズするには**

注: オプションを選択できない場合は、システム管理者(SysAdmin) が組織レベルでプロファイルの表示を制限または変更している可能性があります。その場合、これらの表示設定を変更することはできません。
