# Smartsheetの添付ファイルをメールで共有する
コメント、行、シート全体から添付ファイルを送信できます。添付ファイルを送信すると、受信者は添付ファイルをダウンロードするために使用できるリンクを受け取ります。

シートまたはワークスペースにアクセスできる人は誰でも、そのシートまたはワークスペースに関連付けられた添付ファイルを電子メール経由で他の人に送信できます。
この機能がSmartsheetリージョンまたはSmartsheet Gov に含まれているかどうかを確認してください。

電子メール内のリンクは、30 日後、または 100 回クリックされると期限切れになります。これは、ファイルへの無制限のアクセスを防ぐためのセキュリティ予防措置です。必要に応じて、添付ファイルを電子メールで再送信して、新しいリンクを生成できます。
#### 単一の添付ファイルを電子メールで送信する
シート内:
1. 「ファイル添付」アイコンを選択して、添付ファイルパネルを開きます。
2. 電子メールで送信する添付ファイルの上にマウスを置き、メニュー アイコン > ファイルの送信を選択します。\
3. \[添付ファイルの送信] ウィンドウで、添付ファイルを共有する相手の電子メール アドレスを入力し、電子メールに詳細なコンテキストを提供する説明を入力して、\[送信] を選択します。
受信者は、添付ファイルをダウンロードするために使用できるリンクが記載された電子メール メッセージを受け取ります。
#### 複数の添付ファイルをメールで送信する
シート内:
1. 「ファイル添付」アイコンを選択して、添付ファイルパネルを開きます。
2. 電子メールで共有したい各添付ファイルの横にあるチェックボックスをオンにします。
3. \[アクション] > \[ファイルの送信] を選択します。
受信者は、クリックするとすべての添付ファイルを含む ZIP フォルダーをダウンロードできるリンクが記載された電子メール メッセージを受け取ります。
#### 受信者
有効な電子メール アドレスを持っている人なら誰にでも、電子メールに添付ファイルを送信できます。
シートにアクセスできる人は誰でも、添付ファイルを表示およびダウンロードできます。
添付ファイルを送信するときに受信者としてグループを設定する場合は、そのグループのメンバーである必要があります。グループ管理者ではない場合は、システム管理者またはアカウントのグループ管理者に問い合わせて、グループに追加してもらいます。
シートの所有者、管理者、編集者は、添付ファイルの追加、バージョン管理、または削除を行うことができます。
注記\
