# フォームアクセス時のエラー：「このフォームは削除されています」

状況によっては、 Smartsheetフォームにアクセスしようとすると、次のエラー メッセージが表示されることがあります。
*このフォームは削除されました*
**原因**
次のいずれかに該当する場合、このメッセージが表示されます。
* 誰かがフォームをSmartsheetから非アクティブ化または削除しました。
* フォームのURLが何らかの理由で無効になってしまいました。これは、たとえば、サードパーティのアプリケーションが何らかの方法でフォーム URL を変更した場合に発生する可能性があります。
**回避策**
フォームにアクセスするには、次のことを試してください。
* フォームへのリンクを提供した人に連絡し、フォームがまだアクティブであることを確認するように依頼してください (つまり、フォームが無効化または削除されていないことを確認してください)。フォームの管理の詳細については、[「フォームを使用して情報を収集する」](https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/522221)を参照してください。
