# インポート用のデータファイルを準備する
柔軟で強力なExcel & CSVインポート機能を使用して、ほぼどこからでも作業内容をインポートしましょう。
ファイルがインポートの準備ができていることを確認して、チームがすぐにClickUp を使い始めることができるようにします。
データ ファイルを準備したら、[データ ファイルをインポートする](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6310834724247-Import-a-data-file-into-ClickUp)前に、ClickUpで使用する[サポートされているフィールドを確認してください](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6310876671255-Supported-fields-for-data-file-imports)。
### **必要な条件**
* [全プラン](https://clickup.com/pricing)で無制限のインポートが可能です。
* [ゲスト](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6310022323991-Guests-overview)はワークスペースにデータをインポートできません。
* [サポートされている形式](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6310821748759-Prepare-a-data-file-for-import#h_c06e224e2d)のファイルが必要です。
### **サポートされているファイル形式**
データに任意の数の列が含まれ、行ごとに１つのレコードのみが含まれる次のファイル タイプをインポートできます。
* **Excel：**.xls、.xlsx
* **カンマ区切り値（CSV）：**.csv
* **タブ区切り値（TSV）：**.tsv
* **XML：**.xml
* **Text：**.txt

### **インポートする前にタスクをリストに整理する**
デフォルトではタスクは**CSV Import**というタイトルの１つのリストに入れられます。タスクがどのリストに属するかを識別する列がデータ内にある場合は、インポートプロセス中にそれをリストにマップできます。

### **データ形式の要件**
### **列見出し**

### **列と行の順序**
インポート中にあなたは列をClickUpタスクフィールドにマップすると思います。行の順序は任意ですが、１ 行に含めることができるタスクは１つだけです。

### **日付と時刻の形式**
次の日付形式を使用できます。
上記の日付形式のいずれかと一緒に時刻を含めることで、時刻を指定できます。
時間データは、デフォルトでは24時間形式（00:00 - 23:59）として解釈されます。12 時間制を使用するには、上記のように**a.m.**や**p.m.**、または**am**や**pm**を追加します**。**
[Epoch/Unix/Posix](https://www.epochconverter.com/)形式の日付とタイムスタンプを使用できます。
[ISO 8601形式](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_8601)も使用できます。
