# Googleドライブ統合
Google Drive アカウントをClickUpに接続して、タスクやコメントにファイルを添付しましょう。
### **必要条件**
* Google ドライブの統合はすべての[有料プラン](https://clickup.com/pricing)で利用できます。
* ワークスペースごとにユーザーごとに 1 つの Google ドライブ アカウントを承認できます。 異なるワークスペースを異なる Google ドライブ アカウントと統合できます。
* Google ドライブの統合は、WebブラウザーでClickUpを使用する場合にのみ利用できます。

Google Drive アカウント内のデータは、 ClickUpを通じて他のユーザーが利用することはできません。 Google ドライブからClickUpタスクにファイルを添付する場合、[タスクを非公開にすることで、](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/7255448709655-Make-Spaces-Folders-Lists-and-tasks-private#heading-5)ファイルにアクセスできるユーザーを制御できます。
利用できる機能とコマンドは、使用する接続の種類によって異なります。
### **Private接続**
作成または参加したワークスペースごとに、Google ドライブ アカウントをClickUpユーザー アカウントに接続します。 Google Drive アカウント内のデータは、 ClickUpを通じて他のユーザーが利用することはできません。
### **特徴**
**Private Universal Search：** ClickUpから Google ドライブのファイルを検索します。
**Create Attachments**：タスクやコメントに Google ドライブのファイルを添付します。
### **コマンド**
**Open Google Drive：**新しいタブで Google ドライブを開きます。
**Show Scratch Sheet**：インライン Google スプレッドシートを開きます。
**Create New Google Doc**：新しいタブで新しい Google ドキュメントを作成して開きます。
**Create New Google Sheet**：新しいタブで新しい Google スプレッドシートを作成して開きます。
**Create New Google Slide**：新しいタブで新しい Google スライドを作成して開きます。
### **共有接続**
ワークスペースの所有者または管理者は、[Shared Universal Search](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/14642390285463-Universal-Search)の共有接続として Google ドライブを有効にできます。
ヒント
ボットまたはサービス アカウントを使用して、他のアプリのコンテンツをClickUpワークスペース内の全員と共有します。

**Shared Universal Search：** ClickUpから Google ドライブのファイルを検索します。

Shared Universal SearchはEnterpriseプランで利用できます。
### **Googleドライブ統合を有効にする**
個人設定または[App Center](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/12580135233559-App-Center-overview)から Google ドライブの統合を有効にできます。
個人設定から：
1. 右上隅にある個人アバターをクリックします。
2. **［Settings］**をクリックします。
3. サイドバーから下にスクロールして、 **［Cloud Storage］**を選択します。
4. 統合を有効にするには、 **［Google Drive］**の横にあるトグルをクリックします。
5. アクセスを承認するには、Google ドライブ アカウントにログインしてください。

1. 右上隅にある[Quick Actionメニュー](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/8746698620567-Quick-Action-menu)をクリックします。
2. **［App Center］**をクリックします。
3. App Centerサイドバーから、 **［Cloud Storage］**を選択します。
4. **［Google Drive］**をクリックします。
5. **［Private］**または**［Shared］**タブを選択します。
6. **［Connect］**をクリックします。
7. アクセスを承認するには、Google ドライブ アカウントにログインしてください。
### **Google ドライブのファイルをタスクに添付する**
Google ドライブからタスクにファイルを添付するには：
1. タスクを開きます。
2. 下にスクロールして、**［Attachments］**セクションにマウスを置きます。
3. 右側の**［plus］**アイコンをクリックします。
4. **［Google Drive］**を選択します。
5. 添付するファイルを選択します。
ヒント
Google ドライブからアップロードされたファイルには、添付ファイルのサムネイルに**Google Drive**のアイコンが表示されます**。**
### **/スラッシュコマンドを使用してGoogleドライブファイルを添付する**
**/em gdriveと**入力すると、できるだけ少ないクリック数でファイルを添付できます。
### **Googleドキュメントを作成して添付する**
タスクから新しい Google ドキュメントを作成するには：
1. タスクを開きます。
2. 下にスクロールして、 **［Attachments］**セクションにマウスを置きます。
3. 右側の**［plus］**アイコンをクリックします。
4. **［New GoogleDoc]**を選択します。
5. **［Create Doc］**をクリックします**。**ドキュメントがタスクにリンクされます。
