# Remindersの委任

ClickUp [Reminders](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6326047586199-Reminders-overview)は、新しい[タスク](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6309944875671-Task-Overview)を作成せずに、クイック アクション アイテムを他の人に委任するのに最適な方法です。

[新しいRemindersを作成](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6326047586199-Reminders-overview)すると、自動的に自分に割り当てられます。 担当者を変更することで委任することもできます。

Remindersを委任するには

1. 自分のアバターをクリックします。
