# Canny インテグレーション
[Canny](https://canny.io/)の顧客フィードバックをClickUpのタスクにリンクし、[ステータス](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6309452618647-Create-and-manage-custom-statuses)の変更を顧客に最新の状態で提供します。 Canny 投稿のリンクとリンク解除は、 ClickUpタスクのコメントとして表示されます。
### **必要なもの**
* 成長プランまたはビジネス プランの Canny アカウント管理者。

### **統合セットアップ**
統合を設定するには：
1. Cannyで、 **\[Settings]**に移動します。

4. **\[Install ClickUp]**をクリックします。 ClickUpにサインインし、Canny に接続するワークスペースを選択するように求められます。

Canny postからClickUpタスクを作成するには：

2. **\[Create new task]**をクリックします。

5. **\[Create & Link Task]**をクリックします。

### **Canny postsを既存のClickUpタスクにリンクする**
Canny 投稿を既存のClickUpタスクにリンクするには：
1. タスクを開きます。
2. [タスク ID](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6309890818071-Task-IDs)をコピーします。
3. Canny で、タスクをリンクする投稿を検索または参照して見つけます。
4. **\[Link existing task]**をクリックします。
5. ClickUpからのタスク ID を**\[ClickUp task ID]**フィールドに貼り付けます。
6. 表示されるタスクをクリックするか、**\[Enter]**をクリックします。
### **ClickUpタスクと Canny postsのリンクを解除する**
ClickUpタスクと Canny postのリンクを解除するには：
1. Canny postを検索するか参照してください。

2. 左側のサイドバーで、**\[Integrations]**をクリックします。
3. **\[ClickUp]**を選択します。

### **トラブルシューティング**
Canny にリンクする適切なClickUpスペース、フォルダー、リスト、またはタスクが表示されない場合は、統合をアンインストールして再インストールしてみてください。
1. WebブラウザーからClickUpからログアウトします。
2. Cannyで、 **\[Settings]**に移動します。
3. 左側のサイドバーの**\[Integrations]**の下で、**\[ClickUp]**を選択します。
4. **\[Uninstall]**をクリックします。
5. **\[Install ClickUp]**を選択します。 Canny にサインインして認証するように求められます。
