Intercom の受信トレイからClickUp[タスク](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6309944875671-Task-Overview)を作成してリンクします。

### **必要条件** <a href="#id-30j0zll" id="id-30j0zll"></a>

* Intercomインテグレーションは[ClickUpの全プラン](https://clickup.com/pricing)で利用できます。
* [所有者と管理者](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6310033667223-User-Roles)のみです。
* [ゲスト](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6310022323991-Guests-overview)はインターコムインテグレーションを使用できません。

### **Intercomインテグレーションをインストールする** <a href="#id-1fob9te" id="id-1fob9te"></a>

[App Center](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/12580135233559-App-Center-overview)からインテグレーションをインストールするには：

1. 右上隅にある[Quick Action menu](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/8746698620567-Quick-Action-menu)をクリックします。
2. **\[App Center]**&#x3092;選択します。
3. **\[Intercom]**&#x3092;参照して、**\[Install]**&#x3092;クリックします。
4. ClickUpインテグレーションをインストールします。
5. 受信トレイで、インターコムの詳細サイドバーを開きます。
6. 右側のサイドバーで、**\[customize]**&#x3092;クリックします。
7. ClickUp を追加します。
8. ログイン手順に従って、ワークスペースを承認して接続します。

所有者または管理者による初期設定が完了したら、各ユーザーがこのインテグレーションを個別に設定する必要があります。

1 つまたは複数のClickUpタスクを Intercom の会話にリンクするには：

1. タスクの名前を検索します。
2. タスクを選択します。

Intercom の受信トレイから新しいClickUpタスクを作成するには：

1. **\[Create new Task]**&#x3092;クリックします。
2. 最近のリストから選択するか、検索してください。
3. タスクのタイトルと説明を入力します。
4. **\[Save]**&#x3092;クリックします。

### **デフォルトのリストを設定する** <a href="#tyjcwt" id="tyjcwt"></a>

インテグレーションによって作成されたClickUpタスクのデフォルト リストを設定するには：

1. **\[Settings]**&#x3092;クリックします。
2. **\[Set Default List]**&#x3092;選択します。
3. 最近のリストから選択するか、検索してください。

### **ClickUpでリンクされたタスクを表示する** <a href="#id-3dy6vkm" id="id-3dy6vkm"></a>

インテグレーションを使用して作成またはリンクされたタスクには、関連する Intercom 会話へのリンクが含まれます。
