# Quick Actionメニュー
ワークスペース内のどこからでも、[タスク](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6309647350807-Create-a-Task)、[リマインダー](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6326047586199-Reminders-overview)、[Docs](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6328174371351-ClickUp-Docs-overview)などを作成できます。

### **ClickUp 3.0 の使用**
Quick Actionメニューが右上隅の[ツールバーに配置されました。](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/11583054545303)
* ツールバーの**「+ New」**ボタンをクリックして、タスク、リマインダー、ドキュメント、チャット ビュー、またはホワイトボードをすばやく作成します。
* グリッド アイコンをクリックして、 \[Quick Action]メニューにアクセスします。

アプリ メニューの任意の項目をツールバーに固定できます。

### **ClickUp 2.0 の使用**
Quick Actionメニューを使用するには:
1. 右下隅にある「Quick Action」ボタンをクリックします。
2. 次のオプションのいずれかを選択します。
* **Record Clip：**[ワークスペース動画を録画](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6311242882967-Use-Clip-screen-recording)して他の人と共有します。
* **Track Time：**タスクの[時間の追跡](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6304291811479-Time-Tracking-overview)を開始します。
* **Reminder：**自分または[他の人](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6325931822359-Delegate-reminders)へのリマインダーを作成します。
* **Notepad：**後で参照するための[メモ](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6325819953687-Using-the-Notepad)を作成します。
* **New Doc：**新しいドキュメントを作成します。
* **New Whiteboard：**新しいホワイトボードを作成します。
* **Calendar：**右側のサイドバーに今日のカレンダーを表示します。
* **Task Tray：**ピンで[Tray](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6309949834263-Tray)を拡張または縮小します。
### **ピンアクション**
簡単にアクセスできるように、Quick Actionメニュー項目を固定できます。 メニュー項目を固定するには、アクションの右側にある**ピン**アイコンをクリックします。 ClickUpで何をしていても、固定されたアクションはワークスペースの右下隅に残ります。
### **コマンドセンターからアクションを実行する**
