# Time Doctorインテグレーション
Time Doctor Chrome 拡張機能を使用して、 ClickUpで追跡された時間を Time Doctor と自動的に同期します。
Time Doctor の統合は一方向の同期です。 Time Doctor で追跡された時間はClickUp のタスクと同期されません。
### **必要なもの**
* すべての[ClickUpプラン](https://clickup.com/pricing)で Time Doctor を使用して時間を追跡できます。
* [Time Doctor Chrome 拡張機能を](https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/time-doctor-2/hhchghdnpepogpigkpalpljaoocjhadj)使用するには、ワークスペースの所有者または管理者が[Time Tracking ClickApp](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6304291811479-Time-Tracking-overview)を有効にする必要があります。

* 時間エントリにラベルを追加します。

2. **\[Download App]**をクリックします。
3. ダウンロードボタンをクリックして、アプリをコンピューターにインストールします。
4. Time Doctor デスクトップ アプリを開き、アカウントにサインインします。
### **Time Doctorで時間を追跡する**
Time Doctor を使用して時間を追跡するには：
1. Time Doctor デスクトップ アプリと Chrome 拡張機能にログインしていることを確認します。
2. ClickUpタスクを開きます。
3. タイマーを開始するには、Time Doctor アイコンをクリックします。
4. タイマーを停止するには、タスク内の同じボタンをクリックします。
5. Time Doctor Chrome 拡張機能またはデスクトップ アプリから追跡を停止することもできます。
このタスクは、Time Doctor デスクトップ アプリ内でも自動的に作成されます。
