# Workspaceのストレージを管理する

### **ワークスペースが使用しているストレージの量を確認する**
ストレージを確認するには
1. ワークスペースのアバターをクリックします。
* ClickUp 2.0 では、これは左下隅にあります。

2. **「Upgrade」**を選択します。

### **ClickUpで添付ファイルのあるすべてのタスクを検索する**
[Everythingのビュー](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6310138041367-Add-an-Everything-view)を使用すると、添付ファイルのあるすべてのタスクを見つけることができます。
1. 「Everything」レベルで[リスト ビュー](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6310260883351-List-view-overview)を作成する。
2. サブタスクを個別に表示し、終了したタスクを表示するようにビューを設定します。\
3. 添付ファイルがあることを示す**添付ファイルアイコン**が付いたタスクを探します。
4. **アーカイブされた**タスクとサブタスクをチェックするフィルターを追加します。\

### **添付ファイルのあるタスクとDocsを削除する**
[タスク](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6311358652951-Delete-a-task)とDocsを削除して、ストレージ容量を節約します。 [ゴミ箱](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6311742742423-Restore-items-from-the-Trash)内のアイテムは、復元しない限り、ストレージ制限にカウントされません。
添付ファイルのあるタスクを含むSpaces、Folders、またはListsを削除して、記憶域スペースを解放することもできます。
注
削除されたアイテムは、完全に削除されるまで 30 日間ゴミ箱に残ります。
