# Gmailアカウントをリンクする
### **Gmailアカウントをリンクする**
GmailアカウントをClickUpにリンクすると、[タスク内でeメールを送受信できるようになります](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6303747270807-Use-Email-in-ClickUp)。
### **必要条件**
* ワークスペースの[オーナーまたは管理者は、](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6310033667223-User-Roles)[Email ClickApp](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6303747270807-Use-Email-in-ClickUp)を有効にできます。

* Businessワークスペース以上のプランでは、署名とeメールテンプレートを含む無料eメールアカウントが2つ提供されます。
* Business PlusおよびEnterpriseワークスペースでは、管理者とメンバーに対してカスタムのeメール権限を使用できます。
* 追加する各eメールアカウントは、最大100件の連絡先をClickUpに自動的に転送できます。
### **Gmailアカウントをリンクする**
GmailアカウントをClickUpにリンクするには：
1. タスクを開きます。
2. 右下隅のコメントフィールドをクリックします。
3. **［email］**をクリックします。
4. **［From］**フィールドで、**［Link an email］**を選択します。
5. **［Sign in with Google］**を選択し、資格情報を入力します。
6. ClickUpを承認するには、**［Allow］**をクリックします。詳細については以下の表をご覧ください。
7. このアカウントからeメールを送信できるユーザーを選択し、署名を作成し、[eメールテンプレートを作成します](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6308526084503-Create-email-templates)。
8. **［Done］**をクリックします。
**注**
[App Center](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/12580135233559-App-Center-overview)からeメールの設定を管理することもできます。
### **Gmailアカウントを削除する**
Gmailアカウントのリンクを解除すると、セキュリティー上の理由から、ワークスペース全体から削除されます。これにより、Googleカレンダーの統合、Googleドライブのファイル添付とClickUpからのeメールの送信機能に影響が及びます。これらの機能を引き続き使用するには、Googleアカウントを再度追加する必要があります。
Gmailアカウントのリンクを解除するには：
1. タスクを開きます。
2. 右下隅のコメントフィールドをクリックします。
3. **eメール**アイコンをクリックします。
4. **［From］**フィールドで、自分のeメールアドレスをクリックします。
5. **［Manage accounts］**を選択します。
6. 削除したいeメールアドレスの上にマウスを置きます。
7. **ごみ箱**アイコンをクリックします。
8. 確認のため**［Delete］**をクリックします。
