# Outlookeメールアカウントをリンクする
### **Outlookeメールアカウントをリンクする**
OutlookアカウントをClickUpにリンクすると、[タスク内でeメールを送受信できるようになります](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6303747270807-Use-Email-in-ClickUp)。
### **必要条件**
* ワークスペースの[オーナーまたは管理者は、](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6310033667223-User-Roles)[EmailClickApp](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6303747270807-Use-Email-in-ClickUp)が有効にしていること。
* [ゲスト](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6310022323991-Guests-overview)はEmail [ClickApp](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6304327753111-ClickApps-overview)を利用できません。

* Businessワークスペース以上のプランでは、署名とeメールテンプレートを含む無料eメールアカウントが2つ提供されます。
* Business PlusおよびEnterpriseワークスペースでは、管理者とメンバーに対してカスタムのeメール権限を使用できます。
* 追加する各eメールアカウントは、最大100件の連絡先をClickUpに自動的に転送できます。
* Outlookのメールアカウントには以下のドメインが含まれます：
* hotmail.com
* live.com
* outlook.com
### **Outlookアカウントをリンクする**
OutlookアカウントをClickUpにリンクするには：
1. タスクを開きます。
2. 右下隅のコメントフィールドをクリックします。
3. **eメール**アイコンをクリックします。
4. **［From］フィールド**で、**［Link an email］**を選択します。
5. **［Sign in with Outlook］**をクリックし、資格情報を入力します。
* 認証プロセス中に、ClickUpがアクセスを要求している権限をリストするポップアップが表示されます。これは、Microsoftが自社のアカウントとサードパーティーの統合を行う場合に表示する標準的な警告です。これらの権限へのアクセスを許可すると、ClickUp内でOutlookを使ってeメールを表示、送信、受信できるようになります。これらの権限を付与しないと、統合は機能しません。
* OutlookアカウントをClickUpに追加すると、ClickUpによって要求される権限は、所属する特定の組織に合わせて調整されます。
6. このアカウントからeメールを送信できるユーザーを選択し、署名を作成し、[eメールテンプレートを作成します](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6308526084503-Create-email-templates)。
7. **［Done］**をクリックします。

### **Outlookアプリのパスワードを取得する**
Exchangeサーバーホストを使っていない場合は、アプリパスワードを使ってOutlookアカウントにサインインします。アプリのパスワードを取得するには：
1. [Outlookアカウントにログインし、セキュリティー設定を開きます。](https://account.microsoft.com/security?refd=account.microsoft.com)
2. **［More security options］**を選択します。
3. 2段階認証を有効にします。
4. **「App Passwords」**の下にある、 **［Create new password］**をクリックします。
5. パスワードをコピーしてClickUpに貼り付けます。
