# Goals\_ プライバシーと共有
Goalsを共有し、権限を設定してください。 あなたのGoalsとその個別の権限を表示できる人を選択します。
### **必要なもの**
* [Free Foreverプラン](https://clickup.com/pricing)のWorkspacesは、Goalsを100 回使用できます。
* Unlimitedプラン以上のWorkspacesでは、Goalsに無制限にアクセスできます。
* Businessプラン以上のWorkspacesでは、目標Foldersを使用できます。
* Goalsと共有できます。
* [ゲスト](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6310022323991-Guests-overview)を除く、ワークスペース内の全員。
* ゲストを含む特定の人々と[チーム。](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6326036524823-Create-user-groups-with-Teams)
* Goalsと目標Foldersは、 Business Plusプラン以上のチームとのみ共有できます。
* ゲストを含む誰もがGoalsを使用できます。
### **目標を非公開にする**
デフォルトでは、Goalsと目標Foldersはワークスペース全体に公開されます。
目標または目標Folderを非公開にするには:
1. Sidebarから**「Goals」を選択します**。GoalsがSidebarに固定されていない場合は、**「More」**をクリックしてから**「Goals」**を選択します。
2. 目標または目標Folderを開きます。
3. 右上隅にある**「Sharing & Permissions」**をクリックします。
4. ワークスペース名の右側にあるトグルをクリックしてオフにします。
### **目標を共有する**
目標または目標Folderは、ワークスペース内外の誰とでも共有できます。 ワークスペース外の誰かと共有するには、その人を招待する必要があります。
ワークスペースの外部から人を招待するには:
1. Sidebarから**「Goals」を選択します**。GoalsがSidebarに固定されていない場合は、**「More」**をクリックしてから**「Goals」**を選択します。
2. 目標または目標Folderを開きます。
3. 右上隅にある**「Sharing & Permissions」**をクリックします。
4. 「Invite」フィールドにメールアドレスを入力します。
5. **「Invite」**をクリックします。
6. その人には、ワークスペースへの参加を促すメールが届きます。

6. **「Share」**トグルをクリックします。
### **Guestの権限**
**Edit権限**を持つGuestsは次のことができます。
* Goalsを編集します。
* ターゲットを作成し、アーカイブ、編集します。
* タスクとListsをターゲットに追加します。
* Guestsは、アクセス権がある場合にのみタスクとListsを追加できます。
* Goalsを目標フォルダに移動したり、目標Foldersから移動したりします。
Guestsは以下のことを行うことはできません:
* Goalsの作成または削除
* 目標Foldersの作成または削除
* ターゲットの削除
