### **Gmailインテグレーション**
eメールからタスクを作成したり、タスクにeメールの返信を添付したり、その他さまざまなことができます。
タスクスレッド内からeメール通信を送受信できるように、[GmailアカウントをClickUpに接続する](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6303747270807-Use-Email-in-ClickUp)方法を学びます。
### **必要条件**
* Gmailインテグレーションを使うには、[ClickUp Chrome拡張機能がインストールされている](https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clickup/pliibjocnfmkagafnbkfcimonlnlpghj)必要があります。
* [ゲスト](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6310022323991-Guests-overview)はChrome拡張機能を使えません。
* Chrome拡張機能は、Google Chromeブラウザーでのみ利用できます。

### **Gmailインテグレーションを使う**
Gmailインテグレーションを使って、タスクにeメールを添付したり、eメールが添付された新しいタスクを作成したりできます。
1. Chrome拡張機能を[ダウンロード](https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clickup/pliibjocnfmkagafnbkfcimonlnlpghj)してログインします[。](https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clickup/pliibjocnfmkagafnbkfcimonlnlpghj)
2. Gmailにアクセスしてeメールを開きます。
3. 使いたいeメール内のClickUpロゴをクリックします。
4. Chrome拡張機能が2つのオプションとともに開いたら、次の手順に従います。
* **既存のタスクに添付する**：eメールは、既存のタスクにリッチ添付ファイルとして添付されます。添付ファイルの名前はeメールの件名と同じになり、eメールをプレビューしたり、ダウンロードしたり、開いたりできるようになります。タスクにeメールを添付すると、タスクの名前がeメール上のボタンとして表示されます。これをクリックすると、ClickUpでタスクが開きます。
* **新しいタスクを作成する**：eメールを新しいタスクに添付します。デフォルトでは、件名がタスクの名前になりますが、作成前にこれを調整できます。新しく作成されたタスクでは、eメールが添付ファイルとして表示され、ClickUpから直接プレビュー／ダウンロード／開くことができます。拡張機能をダウンロードしたときに、メールにClickUpのロゴが表示されない場合は、あなたの**Settings**で**Email feature**がオンになっているかどうかを確認してください。
ClickUpでは、タスクアクティビティーと添付ファイルに次の内容が表示されます。
右上隅の**［Open in Gmail］**を選ぶと、eメールスレッドを開くことができます。
**注**
**［Open in Gmail］**は、そのeメールの受信トレイにアクセスできる場合にのみ表示されます。
