# テンプレートをライブラリーに追加する
テンプレート センターから、スペース、フォルダー、リスト、タスク、Docs、ビュー、チェックリスト、Whiteboardsのテンプレートの選択を参照できます。 ClickUpコミュニティ テンプレートをワークスペースのライブラリに追加できるため、必要なときにいつでも簡単に検索して適用できます。\
テンプレートをライブラリに保存した後、[共有](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6326130026519-Share-a-template)したりカスタマイズしたりできます。

Templatesは[サブタスク](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6309825777943-Using-subtasks)や[ステータス](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6309533958935-Status-Templates)にも適用できますが、これらのタイプにはテンプレート センターからアクセスできません。
### **必要なもの**
* Templatesは各[プラン](https://clickup.com/pricing)でご利用いただけます。
* [Guests](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6310022323991-Guests-overview)は、タスク、Docs、ビュー、チェックリスト、およびWhiteboardsのテンプレートにのみアクセスできます。
* 編集権限または完全な[権限](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6309225399703-Permissions-overview)を持つGuestsは、ライブラリにテンプレートを追加できます。
### **テンプレートを追加する**
1. Sidebarで、スペース、フォルダー、またはリストの横にある省略記号の...をクリックします。
2. \[Templates]を選択し、 \[Templatesの参照] を選択します。
* タスク、サブタスク、ドキュメント、ビュー、チェックリスト、またはステータスの追加/Editモーダルからテンプレート センターにアクセスすることもできます。これらの場所の選択肢はさまざまです。
3. テンプレート センターからテンプレートを選択します。
4. 「ライブラリに追加」をクリックします。\
5. テンプレートの名前を変更したり、説明を追加したり、共有したり、[プレビュー画像](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6326029409047-Add-preview-images-to-templates)を追加したりできます。
6. テンプレートはテンプレート センターの上部に表示され、元のバージョンは引き続きClickUpコミュニティ セクションで入手できます。
7. テンプレートをすぐに適用するには、テンプレートの上にカーソルを置き、\[クイック使用] をクリックします。テンプレートをクリックして開いてカスタマイズすることもできます。
