# 誰がWorkspaceにアクセスできるかを確認する
「Manage people」ページから、ワークスペースに招待または参加したメンバーとゲストを確認できます。
また、[ユーザーの役割を変更したり](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6310033667223-User-Roles)、[２要素認証](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6327741965591-Two-factor-authentication)（2FA）が有効になっているユーザーを確認したり、ユーザーが最後にアクティブになったのはいつなのかを確認したりすることもできます。
### **必要なもの**
* [ClickUpプラン](https://clickup.com/pricing)で[メンバーとゲスト](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6310033667223-User-Roles)を招待できます。
* ワークスペースの所有者と管理者のみがワークスペースのManage peopleを管理できます。
### **メンバーとゲストを見る**
どのメンバーとゲストが招待され、ワークスペースに参加しているかを確認します。
1. ワークスペースのアバターをクリックして、「Manage people」ページに移動します。
* ClickUp 2.0では、左下隅からワークスペースのアバターをクリックし、\[ **People**]を選択します。
* [ClickUp 3.0](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/12157360089495-ClickUp-3-0)では、左上隅からワークスペースのアバターをクリックし、\[**Manage users**]を選択します。
2. 利用可能なオプションを使用して、特定のメンバーまたはゲストを検索します。
* \[**Full**]、\[**Member**]、\[**Guest**]、\[**External Guests**]、\[**Internal Guests**]タブを選択してください。\

* 左上の検索バーを使用してメンバーとゲストを検索します。

「Manage people」ページから、管理者、メンバー、ゲストに[新しいユーザーロール](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6310033667223-User-Roles)を割り当てることができます。

チームメイトの誰が最近ClickUpでアクティブだったかを把握できます。
[Pulse](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6304488850967-Pulse-overview)と[Profiles](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6308956833175-Profiles-overview)に加えて、「Manage people」ページの**Last active**列を使うと、ワークスペースの所有者や管理者がチームメイトがどの程度プラットフォームを利用しているかを把握できます。
