1. [TMetric アカウントを作成します](https://id.tmetric.com/core/register)。
2. [TMetric Chrome 拡張機能](https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/tmetric-%E2%80%93-time-tracker-pr/ffijoclmniipjbhecddgkfpdafpbdnen?hl=en)をインストールします。
3. ClickUpでタスクを開きます。
4. 右上隅をクリックして、\[**Start Timer]**&#x30E2;ーダルを開きます。
5. TMetric はClickUpタスクの名前を自動入力します。 その他の詳細を記入することもできます。
6. **\[Start]**&#x3092;クリックします。

TMetric の[Web バージョンでは](https://app.tmetric.com/register)、既存の時間エントリを編集したり、人を招待したり、レポートをエクスポートしたり、その他さまざまな操作を行うことができます。
