[\[Communications Preferences\]ページ](https://clickup.com/remove)にメールしてください。

購読解除リクエストの処理には最大36時間かかる場合があります。

退会するには：

1. メールを受信したくないカテゴリーの選択を解除します。
2. ページの下部にメールアドレスを入力します。
3. **\[Update Preferences]**をクリックします。
4. ページの下部にメールを入力し、\[**Unsubscribe me from all ClickUp emails**]をクリックして、全メールの購読を解除することもできます。
