# 2要素認証の有効化と管理
ClickUpの2要素認証（2FA）を使ってアカウントまたはWorkspaceを不正アクセスから確実に保護します。
SMSテキストまたは認証アプリ (TOTP) を介して2FAを有効にできます。
### **必要なもの**
* [ClickUpプラン](https://clickup.com/pricing)のアカウントで2FAを有効にすることができます。
* Workspace内の全員に2FAを要求することは、[Businessプラン](https://clickup.com/pricing)以上で利用できます。
* 認証アプリを使用した2FAは、全ClickUpプランで利用できます。
* SMSを介した2要素認証（2FA via SMS）は[Businessプラン](https://clickup.com/pricing)以上で利用できます。
注
SMSを介した2要素認証は、地域によっては利用できない場合があります。
### **アカウントの2要素認証を有効にする**
Workspace全体で2FAが必要ない場合は、あなたのアカウントで2FAを有効にすることができます。
SMSまたは認証アプリを使用してアカウントの2FAを有効にするには：
1. アカウントのアバターをクリックして、 「My Settings」ページに移動します。
* ClickUp 2.0では、左下隅からアカウントのアバターをクリックし、\[**My Settings**]を選択します。
* [ClickUp 3.0](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/12157360089495-ClickUp-3-0)では、右上隅からアカウントのアバターをクリックし、\[**Settings**]を選択します。
2. \[**2FA**]**セクション**で、認証タイプとして\[**Text Message SMS**]または\[**Authenticator App (TOTP)**]を選択します。
**Text Message (SMS)**を使うには：
1. トグルをクリックしてSMSを有効にします。
2. ClickUpパスワードを入力し、\[**Confirm Password**]をクリックします。
3. 電話番号を入力し、\[**Send Code**]**をクリックします**。\
4. デバイスに送信されたコードを「**Verification code**」フィールドに入力します。
5. \[**Set up**]をクリックします。
6. アカウントにログインするたびに、携帯電話に送信された認証コードの入力を求められます。
**認証アプリ（TOTP）を使用するには：**
携帯電話に認証アプリをインストールします。次のいずれかを使用することをお勧めします。
* [Authy](https://authy.com/)
* [Duo](https://duo.com/)
* [Google Authenticator](https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/1066447?hl=en\&co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid)
* [Microsoft Authenticator](https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/security/mobile-authenticator-app)
1. トグルをクリックしてTOTPを有効にします。
2. ClickUpパスワードを入力し、\[**Confirm Password**]をクリックします。
3. スマートフォンに認証アプリをインストールするか、認証アプリを開くか、スマートフォンをお持ちでない場合はSMSに切り替えるように求められます。
4. 携帯電話で認証アプリを開きます。
5. \[ClickUp]で\[**Yes, ready to scan**]をクリックします。\
6. 認証アプリを使用してQRコードをスキャンします。
7. アプリのコードを\[**Enter your verification code**]フィールドに入力します。\
8. \[**Set up**]をクリックします。
9. アカウントにログインするたびに、携帯電話に送信された認証コードの入力を求められます。
### **アカウントの2要素認証を無効にする**
2FAが必要な場合、そのWorkspaceのメンバーとゲストはアカウント設定から2FAを無効にすることはできません。
2FAを無効にするには：
1. トグルをクリックしてSMSまたはTOTPを無効にします。
2. ClickUpパスワードを入力し、\[**Confirm Password**]をクリックします。
3. \[**Yes, disable**]をクリックします。
### **Workspace全体に2要素認証を必須とする**
Workspaceの所有者または管理者は、Workspaceにアクセスできる全ユーザーに対して2FAを要求できます。
1. Workspaceのアバターをクリックし、「Security & Permissions」ページに移動します。
* ClickUp2.0では、左下隅からWorkspaceアバターをクリックします。
* [ClickUp 3.0](https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/12157360089495-ClickUp-3-0)では、左上隅からWorkspaceアバターをクリックし、\[**Settings**]を選択します。
2. \[**Security & Permissions**]を選択します。
3. 2FAを必須にするには、\[**Security**]セクションから次の設定のいずれかを選択します。
* **Require 2FA**：全メンバーとゲストは、３回ログインした後に2FAが必要になります。\
３回ログインした後に2FAを設定していない人は、WorkspaceにアクセスするためにSMSを使用して有効にする必要があります。
* **Immediately require 2FA via SMS**：全メンバーとゲストが、直ちに2FAをセットアップしてログインする必要があります。\
2FAをセットアップしていない人は、WorkspaceにアクセスするためにSMSを使用して有効にする必要があります。
### **2要素認証を有効にしている人を確認する**
Workspaceの所有者と管理者は、Workspace内で2FAを有効にしているユーザーを確認できます。
1. Workspaceのアバターをクリックして、「Manage people」ページに移動します。
* ClickUp 2.0では、左下隅からWorkspaceアバターをクリックします。

2. \[**People**]を選択します。
