# チームにインサイト通知を送信する

データ侵害と1Password の使用状況についてチームに通知する方法を紹介します。

1Password Businessでは、Insights を使用して、データ侵害やセキュリティ対策の改善の機会に関する自動メールをチームに送信できます。

Securityグループの所有者またはメンバーである場合は、Insights 通知を送信できます。

[開始するには、 1Password.comのアカウントにサインインし、サイドバーの \[Insights\] をクリックします。](https://start.1password.com/signin)

### データ侵害に関する通知を送信する <a href="#ujau8yt4w3ke" id="ujau8yt4w3ke"></a>

インサイトページで、「データ侵害」セクションに移動します。データ侵害に関する通知をチームメンバーや、まだチームに参加していない会社のメールアドレスを持つ人に送信できます。

#### チームメンバーに影響を与えるデータ侵害 <a href="#ebs0s8p5rko8" id="ebs0s8p5rko8"></a>

データ侵害によりチームメンバーの情報が漏洩した場合、パスワードの変更方法を記載した自動メールを送信できます。

1. 「データ侵害の確認」をクリックします。
2. 「影響を受ける全員に通知」をクリックすると、影響を受けるチーム メンバー全員に自動メールが送信されます。

#### 他の会社のメールアドレスに影響するデータ侵害 <a href="#id-9128lgptsmez" id="id-9128lgptsmez"></a>

まだチームに参加していない人の会社のメールアドレスがデータ侵害で見つかった場合は、その人に1Password の使用を開始するための招待状を送信できます。

1. \[メールを確認]をクリックします。
2. 影響を受けるすべてのメール アドレスを1Passwordに招待するには、\[すべて招待] をクリックします。

チームの使用状況に関する分析情報に関する通知を送信するには:

チームメンバーの中に最近1Passwordにサインインしていない人がいる場合は、ログイン情報をSaveして Web サイトにサインインするために1Password を引き続き使用するよう促すリマインダーを送信できます。

ユーザーは <no-reply@1password.com> から、仕事関連の個人情報を保護するために1Passwordを引き続き使用するよう促すメールを受け取ります。
