# iPhoneまたはiPad ProでFace IDを使用して1Passwordのロックを解除する
Face IDを設定して使用し、一目見るだけで1Passwordアプリのロックを解除する方法を紹介します。

### **Face IDを設定する**

1. 1Passwordアプリを開いてロックを解除します。
2. 左上にあるアカウントまたはコレクションのアイコンをタップし、［Settings］を選択します。\
iPadを使っている場合は、サイドバーの上部にあるアカウントまたはコレクションをタップします。
3. ［Security］をタップし、［Face ID］をオンにします。
4. 左上にあるアカウントまたはコレクションのアイコンをタップし、［Lock］を選択します。iPadを使っている場合は、サイドバーの上部にあるアカウントまたはコレクションをタップします。
5. アプリのロックを解除するには、アカウントのパスワードを入力してください。
これで、Face IDを使って1Passwordアプリのロックを解除できます。ただし、1Passwordアカウントのパスワードを忘れないようにしてください。Face IDを使う代わりに、パスワードを入力する必要がある場合もあります。
### **Face IDを使用する**
Face IDを設定したら、1Passwordアプリを開きます。1Passwordがロックされている場合は、アカウントのパスワードの代わりにFace IDを使用できます。
iPhoneまたはiPad Proの画面を見ると、Face IDがあなたの顔を検出し、1Passwordのロックを解除します。
Face IDプロンプトをキャンセルしたときなど、アカウントパスワードフィールドの横にFace IDボタンが表示されることがあります。それをタップするとプロンプトが表示されます。
### **ヘルプを受ける**
場合によっては、Face IDを使う代わりにアカウントのパスワードを入力する必要があります。
* 5回連続で顔が認識されなかった場合
* ［Settings］>［Security］>［Confirm my account password］で指定した時間が経過した場合
* Face IDをリセットしたり、デバイスで別の外観を設定したりした場合
それでもヘルプが必要な場合は、次の手順に従ってください。各手順の後にもう一度試してください。

3. ［Settings］>［Security］でFace IDをオフにしてから、再度オンにしてください。
4. デバイスのFace IDをリセットしてみてください。Settingsアプリを開き、 ［Face ID＆ Passcode］>［Reset Face ID］をタップします。次に、［Set up Face ID］をタップして再度設定します。
