チームがすべてのデバイスで1Password を最新の状態に保つ方法を紹介します。

With 1Password Business, you can check which versions of 1Password your team uses and prevent access from outdated 1Password apps.

You can check for outdated apps and manage the policy if you’re an owner, administrator, or part of a group with the Manage Settings permission. To get started, sign in to your account on 1Password.com. 1Password Businessを使用すると、チームが使用している1Passwordのバージョンを確認し、古い1Passwordアプリからのアクセスを防ぐことができます。

所有者、管理者、またはManage Settings権限を持つグループのメンバーであれば、古くなったアプリをチェックし、ポリシーを管理できます。 開始するには、 1Password.comのアカウントにサインインします。

デバイスレポートをCreateする

チーム内で古い1Passwordアプリを使用しているユーザーがいるかどうかを確認するには、サイドバーの [レポート] をクリックし、Device Reportで[View Report]を選択します。

古くなった1Passwordアプリからのアクセスを防ぐ

チーム全員に最新バージョンの1Passwordの使用を義務付けるには:

1. サイドバーの「ポリシー」をクリックします。

2. アプリ使用ポリシーの下にある「管理」を選択します。

3. 「アプリの更新を要求する」をオンにします。

オンにすると、古いバージョンの1Passwordを使用しているチーム メンバーは、更新するまでサイン1Password.comできなくなります。1Password.com には引き続きサインインできます。

アプリの更新が必要がオンになっている場合は、次のバージョンが必要です。

• iOS用1Password

• 1Password for Windows

• Android用1Password

• Linux用1Password 8.0.34 以降
