# チーム内のゲストと共有する
チームのデータへのアクセスを制限したいユーザーをゲストとして招待する方法を紹介します。
ゲスト アカウントは、限られた人数の人と情報を共有するのに最適です。ゲスト アカウントには従業員専用の Vault がなく、選択した 1 つの Vault にのみアクセスできます。次のユーザーを招待することを検討してください。
* プロジェクト関連のパスワードを必要とするクライアント。
* あなたの電子メールとカレンダー情報を必要とする仮想アシスタント。
* あなたの財務情報を必要とする会計士。
チームのオーナーまたは管理者の場合は、ゲストを招待して保管庫を共有できます。開始するには、 1Password.comでアカウントにサインインしてください。
### ゲストを招待する
* ① サイドバーの「招待」をクリックします。
* ②「メールで招待」をクリックし、招待したいゲストのメールアドレスを入力します。
* ③「ユーザータイプ」メニューから「ゲスト」を選択し、「招待」をクリックします。

### **ゲストと金庫を共有する**
ゲストと Vault を共有するには、ゲストが招待を受け入れて確認を受ける必要があります。ゲストを確認したら、チーム メンバーの場合と同じように、ゲストを Vault に追加してアクセスを管理できます。
ゲストは一度に 1 つの保管庫にのみ招待できますが、1 つの保管庫からゲストを削除して、別の保管庫に追加することはできます。
### **ゲストを削除する**
* ① サイドバーの「People」をクリックします。
* ② 削除したいゲストの名前をクリックします。
* ③ 「More Actions」をクリックし、「削除」をクリックして画面の指示に従います。
**TIP**It’s possible your guest may have copied the items in the vault before you removed them from it. If this is a concern for you, be sure to change all the passwords they had access to in the vault.\
ヒント ゲストが、あなたが保管庫からアイテムを削除する前に、そのアイテムを保管庫にコピーしている可能性があります。これが心配な場合は、ゲストが保管庫内でアクセスしたすべてのパスワードを必ず変更してください。
### **ゲストをチームメンバーに昇格する**
ゲストに、独自の従業員用保管庫や複数の共有保管庫へのアクセスなど、アカウントへのさらなるアクセス権を付与したい場合は、ゲストをゲストからチーム メンバーに昇格させることができます。
* ① サイドバーの「People」をクリックします。
* ② 宣伝したいゲストの名前をクリックします。
* ③ 「Upgrade Guest to Team Member」をクリックし、「アップグレードの確認」をクリックします。
