# 1Password Businessで1Passwordアカウントのパスワード要件を強制する
チームに対してより厳格なアカウント パスワード要件を適用する方法を紹介します。
1Password Businessでは、ポリシーを使用して、より厳格な1Passwordアカウントのパスワード要件を適用できます。新しいアカウント パスワード ポリシーは、新しいチーム メンバーがアカウントを設定するときと、保存済みのチーム メンバーがアカウント パスワードを更新するときに適用されます。
所有者、管理者、またはManage Settings権限を持つグループのメンバーであれば、ポリシーを変更できます。
開始するには、 1Password.comでアカウントにサインインし、サイドバーの \[ポリシー] をクリックして、Authenticationポリシーで \[管理] を選択します。
**IMPORTANTIf a team member unlocks the 1Password apps with a different password, like the account password for their personal account, it’s possible that their work data will be protected by a weaker account password on that device.**\
**重要チーム メンバーが、個人アカウントのアカウント パスワードなど、別のパスワードを使用して1Passwordアプリのロックを解除すると、そのデバイス上の仕事用データが弱いアカウント パスワードによって保護される可能性があります。**
### **ポリシーを選択**
使用したいポリシーの下の「ポリシーの使用」をクリックします。
**最小要件**
* 10文字以上
* 一般的なパスワードではありません
**中程度の要件**
* 12文字以上
* 一般的なパスワードではありません
**厳しい要件**
* 14文字以上
* 一般的なパスワードではありません

### **独自のポリシーをCreateする**
「カスタム ポリシー」をクリックし、最小の長さを調整して、追加の要件を選択します。
完了したら、「Save」をクリックします。
### **ヘルプを受ける**
新しいアカウント パスワード ポリシーをCreateした後、保存済みのチーム メンバーにそのポリシーを遵守させたい場合は、そのアカウントを回復できます。
